This is the rectangular omelette pan from Neoflam's popular Fika series, known for its minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic and light colour. Its shape is ideal for making traditional rolled omelettes (Tamagoyaki), crêpes, or sandwiches. It features a forged aluminium body for even heat distribution and is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
