The Pearl Life Nitrocraft Frypan brings the same technology as the Nitrocraft wok range to an everyday frypan format. The inner cooking surface is finished with a fiber-line texture — a fine micro-grooved finish that distributes oil evenly, reduces sticking, and builds seasoning faster with every cook. The more you use it, the better it performs.

Made from 1.6mm nitrided carbon steel, the frypan heats quickly and responds well to temperature changes, making it well suited to searing, pan-frying, eggs, and everyday cooking at high heat. No synthetic coatings — just iron that improves naturally over time.

Seasoning & Care

Like all carbon steel cookware, this frypan requires seasoning to build up a natural, non-stick patina. For detailed instructions, please see our comprehensive user guide.

• Before first use, season the frypan by heating with a thin layer of oil over medium-high heat until it smokes lightly. Wipe clean and repeat 2–3 times.
• Hand wash only with a soft sponge and warm water — avoid harsh detergents.
• Dry the frypan immediately after washing, preferably over heat, to prevent rust. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storing.
• Avoid prolonged soaking or storing while wet.
