Mino ware (Mino-yaki) is a style of Japanese pottery produced in the Gifu Prefecture, Japan's largest pottery-producing region. Its history is over 1300 years old, and its adaptable designs have evolved to suit changing lifestyles, making it the most popular style of pottery in Japan today.
