The NW-QAQ18 is the large-capacity version of the first Zojirushi induction-heating (IH) rice cooker to be SAA approved for Australia — and the first square-form rice cooker on the Australian market. IH heats the entire inner pot rather than just the base, and the difference shows in the rice. It cooks from just 1 cup up to 10 cups of white rice — full family capacity that still handles a single-serve batch properly, a flexibility very few 10-cup cookers offer.

A Note on the Steam Function
This rice cooker includes a steaming basket for the dedicated Steam menu, with steaming times adjustable from 1 minute to 1 hour. The basket cannot be used to steam food at the same time as cooking rice.
