This set pairs the Yoshikawa 24cm Deep Fryer with the Activated Charcoal Oil Filter Pot — fry tempura, tonkatsu or karaage, then pour the used oil through the charcoal filter to strip impurities and odours, and store it for the next batch. Less waste, less mess.

Seasoning & Care
The deep fryer pot needs a quick season before first use to start building its natural nonstick patina — the nitrided surface makes this easier than on untreated iron. Full step-by-step instructions are in our carbon steel user guide.
- Hand wash only. Neither the deep fryer pot nor the oil filter pot are suitable for the dishwasher.
- Thermometer Care: The thermometer is not washable. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.

About Yoshikawa
Yoshikawa manufactures in Tsubame-Sanjo and builds its cookware as systems rather than single items. The Cook-Pal Ren line runs from 24cm to 36cm, with lids, steamer inserts and spare handles engineered to the same diameters. Production is entirely in the company's own Japanese facilities.
