Care Instructions

  • Dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the ceramic nonstick coating and natural wood handle.
  • Use low to medium heat to protect the ceramic surface from damage.
  • Use wooden or silicone utensils; avoid metal utensils, abrasive scourers, and harsh detergents.
  • The wood handle may naturally change colour over time with exposure to heat and moisture.
  • Not oven safe due to wood handle.
  • Not microwave safe.

Use & Care
  • Care guide: Our full guide to keeping your nonstick cookware in top shape.
  • Heat: Medium heat is all nonstick needs — extended high heat weakens the coating and shortens its life.
  • Utensils: Stick to silicone, wood or nylon — metal utensils scratch the coating.
  • Cleaning: Let the pan cool before washing — sudden cold water on a hot pan can warp the base. Warm water and a soft sponge are enough.
  • Dishwasher: Hand washing is recommended to extend coating life.
  • Storage: If you stack pans, place a cloth or pan protector between them.
