Hasemoto Pure Titanium Frypan - 28cm
This frypan is pressed from 99.9% pure titanium — one of the lightest cookware materials in the world. At just 650g, it weighs about half as much as a steel pan the same size, and it will never rust or corrode.
The thin 1.2mm body heats almost instantly and responds quickly to the burner, giving precise control for searing, frying and sautéing. Made in Japan by Hasemoto, a metalworking company specialising in pure titanium cookware.

Two things to know before buying.
Not induction compatible. Pure titanium is non-magnetic — this frypan suits gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops only.
The surface changes with use — by design. The pan arrives with a thin food-grade resin film that discolours, turns patchy and wears away as you cook — what shows through is the bare titanium you bought. Nothing needs doing and nothing needs reapplying; please do not scrub it off to hurry it along. What to expect from the surface covers it in full.

Important Use & Care
- Heat Management: Avoid high heat — the thin body heats fast and food can burn. Moderate settings suit most tasks, and an empty pan must never be left on high heat.
- Surface Change is Normal: The factory film discolours and wears away with cooking — see the note above.
- Cleaning: Hand wash only; avoid abrasive scourers and harsh detergents.
- Maintenance: Titanium does not rust — no oiling is needed after washing.
- Not oven safe due to the wooden handle.
- Not microwave safe.
