How to Use

  1. Hold the sharpening rod firmly in one hand and your knife in the other.
  2. Place the rod against the edge of the knife at an approximate 15-degree angle.
  3. Gently draw the knife blade across the rod from heel to tip several times.
  4. Repeat on the other side of the blade. Wash and dry your knife after sharpening.
