This 33cm wok is the largest in the Nitrocraft line, with a short helper handle opposite the main handle for secure two-handed control of family-sized volumes.

The body is 1.6mm carbon steel with a standard nitriding treatment — nitrogen infused into the iron surface to improve rust resistance and durability without synthetic coatings. At this thickness it heats quickly, responds well to temperature changes, and handles the high heat needed for stir-frying and searing.
