Care Instructions

All nonstick coatings wear with use — lifespan depends on heat, utensils, and washing. Use low to medium heat with wooden or silicone utensils, and hand wash the pans, gasket, and handles to get the longest life from the coating. Not oven or microwave safe due to the handles and gasket. See the nonstick user guide for full care instructions.

Clean frying

I find I need an extremely high heat to get this pan to fry like a frypan. It is very clean though so no splatter and easy to wash up

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recommend avoiding the use of high heat as it can cause long-term damage to the pan. Instead, preheat the pan using medium heat. If your heat source, like a ceramic cooktop, has lower efficiency, please allow it more time to preheat. For your convenience, please refer to our recipes for additional guidance.

Double pan

Still experimenting with recipes. Tried your pork and garlic. Fantastic. Very happy so far with my purchase

Not that great

Purchased the smaller version for my induction, and glad I did, because it wouldn't work at all if a pan was bigger, as the heat doesn't distribute across of all the pan because of how it is designed so it only cooks in the middle, and the food placed near the corners won't brown at all...

Thank you for your feedback.

If you are using an induction cooktop, please make sure the coil size is not too small and matches the pan base (also round). If using an electric cooktop with less heat efficiency, preheat it for at least a minute.

Many of our recipes have video instructions that will take you through the whole cooking process. As an example, the whole chicken recipes contain many vegetables along with the chicken, and they are grilled beautifully at the end.

Below is a link to our video recipes. Hope that you may use the double pan the same as other customers who gave us 5 stars.

double pan

instead of flat surface slight well in the middle would have been better. i bought this this item because it replace the oven which save lots of money (gas Bill). I love it.

Double Pan

If you don't mind Nano material and Graphene, which this pan is coated with, it is an awesome pan, was gutted to see the coating won't be using it unfortunately

Thank you for your comment. We are glad to hear that you appreciate the quality of the pan.

Happycall uses graphene as its core to conduct heat better. The core is protected with titanium and stainless steel layers. Additionally, Happycall's cookware has received numerous safety certificates.

Fabulous

Absolutely love tis product.

I love it! Enjoy cooking with mine.

I love it! Enjoy cooking with mine.

Messy

I use my Happy call Compact and glad I got this size as flipping is messy as the steam/oil gathers in the slot where the two halves join and flips out. The larger size would have been more of an inconvenience and far messier.

The following tips can be found in our user guides and recipes. Once you understand how this simple design works, you can make many good recipes using this pan, just like other customers here on our review page.

．Before flipping, please clean the oil trap if it is dirty.

．Flip the pan while tilting it at a slant, or the juice will escape from the hole that is designed to vent steam from the back.

．Please watch the full video in our online user guide at the website link below:
https://mycookware.com.au/pages/how-to-get-started-with-happycall-double-pans

．In the video, 00:11 tilt your pan up when flipping it; 00:33 clean the oil trap if it's dirty. Please also see points 8 and 10 of the user guide.

We hope this information is helpful.
